Don't call them back if you need warranty work...they spend more energy wiggling out of the claim than they do trying to help you. This occurred even after we showed them paperwork that showed there was an extended warranty purchased for the roof. It's a shame they do business this way.
I can understand a slight increase, but the estimate was DOUBLE the original estimate!
After getting an oral estimate for siding work, it took several weeks to receive the 'official' estimate in the mail. I signed the paperwork within the 30 day time frame and returned (emailed) it to them. After a week of not hearing anything, I called and was told they are catching up and they would call to schedule a time to have the work completed. Two weeks later, I received ANOTHER estimate in the mail stating that they would not honor the previous estimate because materials have increased in price.
This company did not live up to their word. I could fight it because of the contract, but what quality of work will I get if I do.
